Refund & Return Policy

At Midkart Enterprises, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage policies.

1. Eligible Cases

Returns/refunds are allowed only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item missing from order

2. Return Window

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Opened items
  • Discounted or clearance products
  • Items marked non-returnable

4. Partial Refunds

In case of minor damage:

  • Partial refunds may be provided based on severity

5. Refund Process

  • Refund is initiated after inspection
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Timeline: 7–10 business days

6. Cancellation

  • Allowed only before order dispatch

7. RTO / Failed Delivery

If order is returned due to customer fault:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted
  • Refund (if any) processed after deductions
