Refund & Return Policy

At Midkart Enterprises, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage policies.
1. Eligible Cases
Returns/refunds are allowed only if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Item missing from order
2. Return Window
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Opened items
- Discounted or clearance products
- Items marked non-returnable
4. Partial Refunds
In case of minor damage:
- Partial refunds may be provided based on severity
5. Refund Process
- Refund is initiated after inspection
- Credited to original payment method
- Timeline: 7–10 business days
6. Cancellation
- Allowed only before order dispatch
7. RTO / Failed Delivery
If order is returned due to customer fault:
- Shipping charges will be deducted
- Refund (if any) processed after deductions
